Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the completed delivery note inside the parcel.

  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download a prepaid shipping label or receive a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, typically within 10 working days.
